Participants from the industry are allowed to submit extended abstracts as well.

PAPER SUBMISSION

Paper Submission

The Forum accepts original research, case studies and other relevant topics in any engineering field. Papers must be written in proper academic English only, and should match one of the four topics of the Forum. The length of the papers should not exceed 8-A4 pages including tables, figures, and reference list; and must adhere to the Forum Template, which can be downloaded from below links.

The paper submission and review processes will be entirely performed electronically using the EasyChair system. To submit your paper, please follow these steps:

  1. Create an account on the EasyChair system by following this link: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=gef23
  2. Log in with your username and password as an author.
  3. Follow the steps on the system to submit your paper before the “Full Paper Submission” deadline.

All submitted papers will be reviewed by the conference’s Scientific Committee. Authors will be notified with the review results by the “Notification of Acceptance” date. Authors of accepted papers will prepare a final version of their papers and submit the revised version through EasyChair. The final paper must be completed and submitted through the EasyChair system on or before the deadline for the “Camera-ready Submission”.

Also, all participants (presenters and audience) are required to complete the registration form as explained in the Registration section.
